I specialize in guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing through therapeutic art, collaborative art making, intuitive collage, finger painting and much, much more.

Maybe you don’t consider yourself an artist but would like to use art as a way to understand yourself and your emotions better, use it for release and relaxation and deepen your relationship to your artistic expression.

Virtual Experience:

Use whatever is at home and/or start to gather your own art supplies that interest you! It’s a therapeutic process in itself to listen to your intuition and how it’s guiding you to express. Different materials can allow for a different ranges or intensities of emotions to be expressed. It is helpful to experiment with a mental health professional when using art as a form of therapy.

In Person Experience: All of the above, plus……Step into my studio and let your imagination run wild as we explore a variety of mediums and substrates, from vibrant paints and pastels to textured papers and found objects.
