    THERAPIST

I am an open-minded, empathetic, and authentic therapist. I guide teens and adults to feel more aligned and may be experience deep emotions or thoughts. Clients are provided with a safe space to express who they are without judgment to gain more hope. I honor minds of all kinds, using trauma-informed care with inclusive interventions to help every client feel understood and validated.

We practice noticing thoughts and improving moments through mindfulness, to reduce anxiety and depression. We work collaboratively with your strengths to process and effectively move through adverse/traumatic experiences. Helping people live their purpose and find meaning to be able to make healthy choices is what I'm passionate about. An active mind can thrive using the mind-body connection. With creative solutions, mindfulness-based interventions, and movement, we can find what works best for you.

Our collaboration will increase calm feelings and improve social relations across settings. Trying your best can look different for everyone. It is an honor to support your healing, self-acceptance, and enhance your quality of life.

During our work together, I'll provide interventions from DBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, IFS, and Creative Arts approaches depending on what you're experiencing. We use evidence-based assessments and treatments that cover a vast array of symptoms.

This supports clients to elevate their emotional intelligence and gain balance. A regulated nervous system can include highs and lows, but we can work together to ride the waves with less intensity.

I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and/or ruminative thoughts. For younger clients, I work with families to help support their child's success in therapy sessions as well by providing parent coaching and resources.

Many clients I work with are creatives, who relate to or identify with being highly sensitive people. Often, the people I work with may have qualities or identify as being neurodivergent (ADHD, etc). or have a family member with diverse support needs. Our space is designed for clients to accept themselves for who they are and help them growth flourish.

Outside of my role at Creative Healing: I am an artist. I am also a member of the WNY Neurodiversity Network which hosts collaborative events, providing trainings to organizations, schools, families, and professionals to support neurodivergent inclusion.

What is included in the Neurodivergent Umbrella?

Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Synethesia, Sensory Processing Disorder.

Neurodiversity uses the framework that an individuals environment can be modified to improve underlying nervous system needs; leading to regulation. I look forward to speaking with you!

    THERAPIST

I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where individuals feel truly heard and understood. My work is grounded in helping clients build self-compassion, strengthen confidence, and reconnect with their sense of self.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and inner child work. I recognize how challenging it can be to navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, and I am here to support you through those experiences with care and intention. I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, mood-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, and similar struggles.

My approach is holistic, integrating both mental and physical aspects of well-being. I have a strong focus on somatic therapy, helping clients better understand and regulate their nervous system, process stored trauma, and develop a deeper sense of safety within themselves. Together, we work toward making difficult emotions feel more manageable and less consuming.

I also specialize in grief work, including both traditional grief after the loss of a loved one and more complex forms of loss—such as the end of relationships, major life transitions, or grieving the life you envisioned for yourself.
