About This Retreat

If you are in need of some relaxation, rejuvenation, and an experience to reignite the aliveness and creativity that is your natural joy within, come join me and other soulful, likeminded individuals for a nourishing, pampered, and sacred experience.

We will explore letting go and release through paint, movement, yoga, community, yummy and fulfilling foods and deep and healing conversation. 

Not only will this retreat be FUN, it will be a wonderful break from the regular day to day, to do lists, and productive and critical mindsets we often find ourselves in.

We know that rest and slowing down and taking care of ourselves is important, but how often does our mind tell us we don't have the time and we put 4, 5 or 20 things, tasks or people ahead of us? 

Feeling drained, disconnected, exhausted, and like we are only living to please others are some of the symptoms of a desperate need to spend some time with yourself wrapped in kindness and support. 

This retreat combines all of my favorite things and experiences to share and is a beautiful way to spend a Saturday, by making something beautiful with your mind, body, and heart.

Creative practice and movement are wonderful ways to get us into our bodies, out of our heads, access hurts that need releasing and wisdom that is waiting to be received, often embedded in a nonverbal place that only our self expression can discover. 

I'm really looking forward to this retreat. We had such a wonderful time in January at the first one! Pictures to come :)

This retreat is the price of an hour session with me, but instead, is now 6 hours of nurturing experiences that are only amplified by the support of having a group of people with the same intention. 

It includes 2 paint sessions, a yoga practice with aromatherapy, several healing discussions, lunch and snacks. All materials are included in the full price!
