Due to the nature of many purchases being made online versus in person, I want to make sure that you receive exactly what you intended to. If you receive the painting and feel that it does not fit your space or liking as you originally intended, all you have to do is contact me and discuss. Shipping will be your responsibility if the return is based on personal preference.
If there is an error or something I missed in your piece before shipping it out, please contact me so we can discuss if it is something that needs to be returned or if it can be fixed locally.
For Commissions, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required prior to beginning your project. A contract will be provided that will outline all of these details before the work is begun. Once the painting is completed, the balance is due and then the painting will be delivered or arranged for pickup.
Commissions are a collaborative process so my desire is for us to work as a team to discuss what it is you are looking for and how I may bring your vision to life while honoring my style and process at the same time.
